I want to start a regular feature in which different bloggers showcase their toy collection: what they’ve got, how it’s stored, where they keep it. I think it would be really cool to see where people keep their naughtiness. Is it stored away somewhere only they know? Is it casually out for any and all visitors to notice? Is it contained to one room? Or several? One drawer? Or an entire nightstand.
Oddly enough, this idea came to me in a dream I was having that involved Epiphora’s blog. I cannot tell you how, why, or what else the dream was about, but I woke up with the idea for this feature. I’ll probably showcase mine, first, so that people can get an idea of what I want to do, but I have to find the charger for my camera battery first.
Anyone that would like to participate, here’s all you need to do:
Send me your name and blog address. If you don’t want to be linked, just a name, or you can remain anonymous if you’d like.
Take a picture of your collection laid out, so we can see it in it’s entirety, and then a few of how/where it’s stored.
Send those attached to an email, along with the answers to these questions (you can answer these however you’d like; I’m leaving them open, so be creative!):

I’m also not married to the name in the title, so any suggestions for a name for the feature are welcome.

Dude, awesome idea. (Although asking me to lay out my collection makes me wince a little…) And now you have me really intrigued about what your dream about my blog entailed, haha.
I *just* re-organized all my toys from a jumbled mess in a cramped drawer (plus implements tucked away all over the bedroom) to one centralized storage place. But, even still, this new system is only temporary until we get our permanent new home for toys built. I think it's a great idea for a series and will try to pull together something for you in the next couple of weeks.
This sounds really fun and it's a great idea.

I'm with Epiphora on this one. The idea of taking out all of my toys and arranging them is quite a chore. Although it might be a good way to help me get rid of some of the stuff I never use if I actually go and dig it out.

I woudl love to play, but i think i need to go through our toys and get rid of the old crappy ones, and find a better box to store them in – its embarassing at the moment!
I *will* definitely do this. However, all of our toys aren't unpacked yet, AND we left the Liberator Ramp and Escape back in CO till we move back. Is it ok if my entry is in a week or two or month?
I'll do this since my collection is still small and it will be managable. I'll try to do it soon.
