Jezebel posted a piece on artist Tracey Emin’s new show, called “Those Who Suffer Love.” This was the picture that accompanied the article, and its the artist standing in front of a piece from her show. I couldn’t find a picture of this piece without her standing in front of it, but for obvious reasons, this piece spoke to me like crazy.
“Oh Christ I just wanted you to fuck me and then I became greedy, I wanted you to love me.“

Aww, that's a little sad. I don't know if that's truly greedy or just an ingrained instinct of wanting to be loved, cherished and appreciated. Everyone deserves that.
I don't think it's greedy, either, Dani. The desire to be loved is definitely not greedy, especially by someone that you are sleeping with and have feelings for. You always want them returned, and I don't think it's asking too much.
But the piece definitely hit way close to home for me.
I felt really strongly about this piece too. It seems like it really cuts to the core of a certain feeling/relationship dynamic.
I'm keeping you in my thoughts and I hope things work out…
nice. i like it.
i think it probably hits home for a lot of people.
yep, i've been there. . .
