I often wonder who’s minds are the hardest to change. The ignorant and uneducated because they may not have the tools or capacity to understand opinions and views different from their own or the people mentioned above who, though they may strive to be informed and relevant individuals, may already think that they have all the answers and may be so sure that their views are right that they are too busy telling everyone else how to think that they don’t slow down and listen to anyone else’s point of view.

Good question.
I would say anyone who holds dogmatically to their beliefs. Whether they were ingrained into them as children or learned in an Ivy League college lecture hall makes little difference.
