When a Billy Madison quote sums up the potential Vice President of the United State’s logic better than I could ever hope to, it really is a sad day for our country. I fucking DARE you to elect her.
EDIT: And because no one parodies her like Fey and Poehler. The only thing that would make them better is if they were a lesbian couple. Love.

You know, I just read an article whites not voting for Obama because he's black. It should be more, "I'm not voting for McCain because he's white, condescending, a chauvinist, and most likely will die in office leaving us Palin."

I concur with all your sentiments on Palin and with the person who said "if it wasn't so serious it would be amusing" I just think it's freighting, a USA with those 2 in office would be as unstable as many developing countries that need help, let alone the worlds largest nuclear power.

I watched the SNL clip first from another blog. I just laughed and shook my head. But then to watch the actual interview… I'm thinking that, if by some bad joke, the GOP continue their reign in the White House, I'm going to be packing my bags and heading for Canada.

Look, you people are just goung to have to elect the old guy and the strange chick and put up with it. It's your internal politics – you deal with it.

But, as soon as you elect a black president, either aliens will invade, world war three will break out or the world will be struck by a giant meteorite. For pity's sake, have you guys never been to movies? These things ONLY ever happen when there is a black president in the US – and these things will affect all of us.

Stop being so darned selfish and vote McCain!

(Of course, if McCain pops his clogs and Palin takes over, then you will be in for some fairly tough times with a woman president, but most of those movies tend to deal with stuff that only affects the US, so we will be ok…)
