If you are not at work, watch the video on the page for the Doggie Style Enhancement Strap.
It is a product designed to “keep him or her in place when going at it from the rear” and “allows for deeper penetration”. The product itself seems like a good idea, and the reviews on the site all offer great amounts of praise for the product.
The company seems to be marketing it as a doggie style aid, and therefore it has much the same function as a swing or Liberator. These are great products for people who just want to have fun and try different positions, or for people with bad knees or backs, disabilities, larger people, etc. But the product itself is not what I take issue with.
The video, after telling you that it makes “doing it from behind” easier and more comfortable and somehow manages to stimulate the woman’s g-spot as well, adds the following:
“…this allows for deeper penetration and targets the g-spot without having your love handles grabbed” and “the doggie strap relieves embarrassment and insecurity by giving the man something else to grab onto other than his partner’s tender flesh.”
Um, excuse me if I’m wrong here, but shouldn’t the man fucking a woman (especially consistently enough to purchase/use this product with her) actually think that her body is beautiful as is? And isn’t his partner’s “tender flesh” supposed to be a wonderfully womanly and arousing thing? Why are they trying to make women even more insecure about their hips than they probably already are?
I am totally okay with this product being used for what it was designed for, but I feel that the addition of those lines in the video were completely unnecessary and kind of disgusting.
Okay, I will step off the soapbox now. Thanks for listening.
