They don’t believe in evolution so why would they bother to attempt to understand it? These people can’t take uncertainty. That’s why they cling to their stupid EVERYTHING IS DEFINED IN BLACK AND WHITE TERMS life. Unfortunately not everyone is smart enough to employ the skill of critical thinking.

I live here in the Bible Belt.
The one that gets me most is their insistence that I believe that we evolved from apes… “No, you fucking moron! We share a common ancestry, neither they evolved from us, nor us from them !”
And the kid who thinks that the pigmentation of ones skin makes it different needs some sense smacked into him … What a maroon.
Someone should tell that guy that no African American evolved from white people (shouldn’t this be European American, or the other, black people??). Rather, it was the other way around. The homo sapiens first appeared in Africa and, from there, they conquered the rest of the world.
So what puzzles me is, how can, like, an short minded like that be part of a species that managed to populate the globe in just several thounsands of years.
I think his brain might explode if you told him that White people actually evolved from Africans. Or that Jesus wasn’t actually White.
