I’ve been on a brightly colored outfit kick lately. I enjoy wearing multiple things, none of which are the same color or really match in any way. Remember kids: every color is a neutral. And now you know my fashion philosophy.Well, that, and “people will stare, make it worth their while.” That’s actually a Harry Winston quote (yes, the diamond guy).
Plz excuse my super srs expression. I was trying to kinda smile, but I had like two seconds to take this in my stairwell and I didn’t so much smile as pout but all the moddles make pouty faces so I CAN TOO.
I am wearing:
- Bright yellow v-neck tee, Target
- Purple tiered tutu, H&M
- Brown boots, Filene’s (I really need to figure out the brand of these boots. I just got them on wicked sale and I freaking love them. Super comfy.)
- Hot pink flowered headband, Forever 21
- Green multi-strand beaded necklace, unknown where I got it
- Green bangle, also of unknown origin
You can see that my hair is growing out and I’m at that stage now where I have to decide whether I want to chop it all pixie-like again (Emma Watson, stop tempting me!) or grow it out. I can make mini mini pigtails now, which is funny. I’ll have to take pictures of my bebeh pigtails for y’all.
Anywho, there’s my awesomely loud outfit. Don’t lie; you know you love it.

I’m having a total hair “WTF should I do?” moment also. I like the length it is, but save last year’s bangs and slight layering, I have had the same haircut on and off since … I can remember. I kind of want to give something else a bit of a go (while acknowledging to myself that I’m extremely lazy about doing my hair and mostly end up with it in a ponytail). Anyway, cute outfit, you make me want to buy tutus.
