“The dawn is breaking,
A light shining through.
You’re barely waking,
And I’m tangled up in you.”
-Howie Day, Collide
There is nothing I love more than waking up in someone’s arms, tangled up in each other’s bodies, a mess of appendages flailed about haphazardly, yet fitting perfectly together. I love not knowing where their body ends and mine begins. I love feeling someone’s arms around me, love hearing them snore lightly into the back of my neck, love feeling those first few little whimpers and movements as they drift slowly back to consciousness. I love feeling their hands begin to roam over my sleep drenched body, slowly rousing me to join them in their morning haze. Whether the cuddling leads to wonderfully foggy morning sex or just consists of hands and hugs and tangled messes of legs, it’s my favorite way to start a day.
Waking up in someone else’s embrace never fails to make me feel special, wanted, desired, and loved, even if it’s just for a fleeting second.

I don't like sleeping alone period.
That last picture of the 2 ladies is delightful.

That song gives me chills everytime. I've got a helluva Howie Day singing voice too. Damn.
