I’m not into cliche jewelry. Diamonds and hearts and gold never really did it for me. However, I do love jewelry in general, and I do think it’s a great gift. These are some things that I like, and may work better and be a little more personal for your girl than some of the stuff I had mentioned before.
This ring is gorgeous.
It’s vintage inspired, which I love, it’s large enough to be kind of tacky, which I love, and it’s different than a lot of rings. It’s aquamarine with white and black diamonds, and I think it really is a gorgeous piece.
If you really want to buy something heart shaped, I think that this is a unique and tasteful way to do it.

This snake necklace is also really unique.

I also really like this turquoise and ruby accented necklace.

And finally, something simple and personal like this.
It’s a cute and subtle way to give her something that represents both of you.

I bought the glass snake earring for my sister in a glass museum! They are super cute and fun.
