I broke my computer a few weeks ago and haven’t been able to afford a new one. I have been begging my mom for a Mac for about three years now, and because she doesn’t have one, she doesn’t understand how fucking awesome they are.
After breaking my third PC in four years, I finally had her talk to a few different people that owned Macs, as well as a few sales people that could explain why, exactly, buying me a Mac was a good investment.
Well, I am happy to say that it worked! I am now the proud owner of a Macbook and am completely OBSESSED with my new computer. I can bring it to class with me without breaking my back, the battery lasts longer than 25 minutes, and it is just an all around better product. Plus, there is the added bonus of my built in webcam that I can dance and make a fool out of myself in front of.
