A simple, casual outfit for a Wednesday night at the bar. It’s toned down but still totally says “Britni.”
I am wearing:
- Grey Mossimo tank top from Target
- Mossimo denim shorts from Target
- Black sequined vest by Guess
- Silver BCBG quilted booties
- Aqua headband from Target
- Long necklace of different color blues (not sure where I got it)
- Large silver earrings
If you’re paying attention to these posts, you’ve probably noticed that 90% of my wardrobe comes from Target. It doesn’t have to be expensive to look cute! The most expensive item in this outfit was actually the vest. It was $98, and I splurged at a time when I had a little extra cash. It ended up being totally worth it, because I wear it ALL THE TIME. The shoes were originally $250 but I got them on a bargain website for $69. So they are a quality item which probably would have been worth the $250, too, considering how much I wear them. But the fun comes in splurging on a few key, unique pieces and then basing your wardrobe on inexpensive basics.
No one is ever the wiser that 9 times out of 10, my ENTIRE outfit (minus the shoes, of course) costs less than $50.

very nicely done, britni! you make a killing at target and then put together these killer looks! you could clean that up a bit and make it your new slogan.
