But being morbidly obese is not healthy, nor should it be encouraged. It's just as bad as being rail thin in my opinion. Being comfortable with yourself and loving yourself no matter what IS the most important thing, but I also feel that if you truly love yourself you won't treat your body poorly by being inactive or overeating regularly. I enjoy reading your blog, but there's a lot of BS in the comments with no balance on the opposite side. Thanks, and sorry again.
