On his, different Aneros model, there's only one prong and instead of it being a ball, it's a flat tab/circle...and I don't mean the flat part goes like you think it does. Look at your pic there of it against the ruler, and imagine those balls as being flat instead of round. <br /><br />yeah. <br /><br />And he doesn't have piercings! So we tried the Nexus one recently, I don't recall the exact one now, but their perineum ball is rolling metal inside plastic like a rollerball pen, and it doesn't protrude as much as the Aneros.
